Today, c2mtech announced an exciting new partnership with TalkDesk, an advanced cloud-based contact center and software provider.
TalkDesk provides a number of innovative solutions from Agent Assist and Intelligent routing, to Voice Analytics and Omnichannel communication. TalkDesk for sales and service departments aims to convert leads into customers and repeat buyers with features designed for enterprise operations.
Increasingly, consumers expect and demand communication across several channels (phone, email, text, web chat). TalkDesk was designed as a unified communication platform and facilitates consistent support on multiple channels. In fact, the company launched an industry-first 100% uptime service level agreement in 2018.

Several developments lead to c2mtech’s selection of TalkDesk as a partner. In April, Samsung announced an end of life date for Contact Center Pro (SCC Pro) and Call Management Suite (CMS). As a Platinum Samsung Distributor, c2mtech has started transitioning customers and new clients away from the on-premise Samsung platform.
Also in April, Mitel announced a partnership with TalkDesk with a MiCloud Connect CX integration. Now enterprise organizations can rely on two industry leaders for Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
