Fort Worth Manufacturer Scales International Communication with c2mtech

In just a decade, Clarus went from a startup in a garage to becoming the largest glass dry erase board manufacturer in America. Fueling the growth is a focus on quality products and customer service.

The company’s glass boards are fully customizable. Shape, size, 150+ perfectly matched colors — you name it, Clarus makes it a reality.

The Fort Worth-based headquarters and design factory was founded in 2009. International expansion soon followed with a sales office in London and a branch in Brussels, Belgium.

Clients of Clarus Glassboards include well-known national brands, healthcare providers, educational institutions and government agencies. From Google to Amazon to Disney to Stanford to NASA, millions of people are collaborating and solving problems on Clarus Glassboards every day.

Cutting-edge Tools for Communication

Clarus has built a reputation for caring about the details: every single phone call, every single sales quote. Customer service is a priority for this local DFW manufacturer.

That’s where c2mtech came in, helping Clarus improve internal and external communications. European branches in Brussels and London were creating inefficiencies and were expensive to maintain phone service.

The project kicked off with a phone system migration from Samsung OfficeServ 7200 to Mitel Cloud. 100 IP phones from Mitel were installed and connected in all three corporate locations. Clarus now had a central contact center for customer service and sales. A one-digit extension for each branch location made tracking orders and managing inventory seamless. The cloud phone system from Mitel further supported a growing workforce and provided chat, conferencing and mobility.

To finalize an upgrade for internal communication, c2mtech installed a Viking paging system at the Fort Worth headquarters. The front office waiting room, sales and executive offices and the factory could now easily communicate. Sonos speakers were installed throughout the building for employees to hear important announcements in HD.

Now that c2mtech has equipped Clarus with modern paging and VoIP systems, this growth focused company can continue as an industry leader in visual communications.
