Dear Valued Customers,
With a heavy heart we would like to inform you that Samsung Electronics America (SEA) will be ending the sale of the OfficeServ and SCM Products on September 30, 2019. The OfficeServ, SCME and SCM Compact Order forms will be retired on September 30, 2019.
c2mtech will continue to keep Samsung parts in stock for repairs and offer support to clients seeking a migration to a cloud-based (UCaaS) or on-premise phone system.
Maintenance customers will continue to get top level support and be provided assistance with ongoing Move, Add, and Change requests.
Equipment availability will be limited to current inventory as new and refurbished products are available.
